Welcome to EdgeInsight Technology Limited. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our SaaS software solutions (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Provision
   EdgeInsight Technology Limited provides cloud-based software solutions designed to support business adaptability and growth. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

2. User Rights and Obligations
   You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Services for unlawful activities.

3. Data Security and Privacy
   We are committed to protecting your data. All user data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property
   All intellectual property rights in the Services and related materials remain the exclusive property of EdgeInsight Technology Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeInsight Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding twelve months.

6. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

7. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
